SAT阅读词汇：小词end的多样含义

大家应该知道我们SAT阅读中会考一种词汇题，具体一点叫做语境词汇题，也就是words in context。根据字面意思也知道必须回到原文中去仔细读整个句子才能判断出选哪个，大家千万不要为了省事不回看原文直接凭感觉选。今天我们来讲一下语一个常见词汇：end.

英语有句谚语：Ends justify means. 表达的意思就是：为了实现目的，手段极端或者超乎常规一点也可以。这里的end并不是“结束”的意思，而是“目的”的意思。
